To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Big8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Big8 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency upgrades, or experience downtime due to third-party service failures. In the event of a technical fault that affects an active bet or game round, Big8's decision on the outcome or resolution of that round shall be final and binding.
Our maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Big8 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@big8.my. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.
Big8 also supports self-exclusion as part of our responsible gaming commitment. If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, Big8 will take all reasonable steps to ensure you cannot access the platform or receive promotional communications.

These Big8 Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Big8 operates under the applicable gaming licence and regulatory framework of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and Big8, we encourage you to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority, and thereafter to the courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Any claim or dispute arising from the use of Big8 must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may be time-barred.
